I'm doing my PSA on how society treats my generation.

     I guess in a way my PSA is about bullying, and how hard it is to be what society wants us to be.

     It's important to me because society pressures us to be someone we aren't and tries change everything there is to love about us.

    I'm going to put mean words that girls my age hear daily.

    The words are going to be scattered around a picture of myself looking in the mirror and below it I'm going to write, "Society killed my generation".

Typography Project

My project is the lead singer of my favorite band, Pierce the Veil. It means a lot to me because the band has gotten me through a lot.

The words I chose are all lyrics to my favorite songs by them.

I loved it at first, then I started to hate it but when the finished product was done I loved it. In the end I like the way that it looks.

Place the words differently to make it easier on myself.

When I heard about the project I wanted to do it on my friend Dan. I asked him what he did a lot and he couldn't come up with anything other than texting, the poses I chose are either showing his phone or ways that most people text. I chose to highlight his phone in every picture because obviously, relates to the phrase. The other highlighted places were chosen because they had the best lighting or added a cool detail to the picture. The whole process for me seemed very tedious but in the end was very fun.

Andy Warhol's created the ever exciting pop art! It makes photos much more interesting. Pop art is a form of art where the original colors are taken and changed into different ones. Usually these colors are completely different from the original image. Not only is pop art fun to look at, it's fun  to make to.

Colored Pencil
I made the pencil width higher, gave it more stroke pressure and made the paper brighter.

Poster Edges
I turned up the edge thickness and brought down the edge intensity and posterization.

Eric did a picture of himself, I like how he just changed the color of his sweatshirt, belt and glasses. At the same time the wall being white in all of the pictures makes it less colorful.
